There are some declarations from the Chief Election Commissioner's :-

·         Photo Voter slip is used for guidance as a proof of identity at polling stations.

·         17.4  lakh VVPATs is ussed with EVM at all polling stations.

·         There will the updation of election process till the last date of filing of nominations.

·         Usage of loud speakers is restricted between the election time.

Conclusion-  I think this year the voter numbers increased as comparison to previous election. In this year, the use of EVM helps to use fair voting and give us proper and adequate knowledge who win the elections. Now, we were looking who wins elections this year.
